Originally built in 1871, the Cer Workshops were used for the maintenance and repair of railway vehicles for over a century. Today, this heritage has been carefully restored and transformed into a unique residential development that preserves its historical essence while integrating contemporary living spaces. With natural wood and stone details, the design reflects a timeless architectural language that respects the historical silhouette. Existing heritage structures have been meticulously restored in accordance with their original architectural character and converted into modern living spaces.

BYZANTINE WALLS Constructed during the Eastern Roman period to surround and protect the city, these historic walls were later used in the Ottoman era for defense and treasury protection.
