As part of our sustainability strategy, we integrate Smart Home systems across our developments. These systems not only enhance comfort and convenience for residents, but also reduce carbon emissions and energy usage. By lowering bills and environmental impact at the same time, we offer residents a smarter, greener way to live.
We are committed to protecting nature and ensuring its continuity for future generations. During construction, we take measures to preserve existing trees and support initiatives such as the reintroduction of mastic trees to Çeşme. We also prioritize the protection of valuable species like the olive trees in Urla and Dikili. Where possible, trees are relocated or replaced with new plantings. We install rainwater collection systems and reuse this water for landscape irrigation.
We carefully consider every detail that promotes sustainable transportation across our projects. Our Batışehir development was designed around the "15-minute city concept", which brings together all essential needs within a 15-minute radius. Your workplace, your children’s school, shopping destinations, and social venues are all located within walking or biking distance. This concept offers an eco-friendly lifestyle while enhancing the efficiency of daily routines. In addition to minimizing the carbon footprint, it improves overall quality of life by creating human-centered urban spaces.
At Ege Yapı, we are transitioning our document management systems to digital platforms in order to minimize paper consumption and support our sustainability goals. By implementing an electronic financial scanning system and offering fast payment options, we streamline operational processes and make transactions more practical and efficient. We are also modernizing the handover process for residential units by delivering them through digital forms, reducing paper use and improving traceability. We also use a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for efficient customer relations and continuously improve through data analytics. By establishing digital sales offices, we are able to manage the sales and marketing processes of our projects entirely in a digital environment. This comprehensive integration of technology across all operational areas not only increases efficiency but also plays a significant role in advancing our sustainability objectives.
Since its establishment, Ege Yapı has actively contributed to numerous social responsibility projects. While fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities, we also prioritize supporting the fields of art and culture. We carry out a wide range of social responsibility initiatives that aim to assist artists in their creative processes and foster social development.
In March 2021, we launched the Atölye Cer project, through which we provided artists with free workspaces to support their artistic production. Building on the success of this initiative, we have expanded our efforts under the name Atölye Hane, creating safe and comfortable workshop environments for artists at various construction sites.
Through these projects, we not only support the arts but also offer creative spaces where artists can work freely, thereby contributing to the cultural richness of our communities.
