A Priceless Heritage from the 19th Century to the Future
Located in Yedikule, one of Istanbul’s oldest and most historic coastal districts, on Kennedy Avenue with the Princes’ Islands in front and Yedikule Fortress behind, Cer Istanbul is among the most distinguished projects developed in recent years. The project takes its name from the word “Cer,” meaning a center of attraction.Cer Istanbul was built on approximately 41,000 square meters in the southwestern part of the Historical Peninsula, in the area once referred to as the Golden Gate during the Ottoman era. Inspired by the historic Cer Workshops, where railway vehicles were maintained and repaired since 1871 within the Yedikule Railway Facilities, Cer Istanbul consists of 116 independent units. Approximately 75% of the project area is dedicated to specially designed landscaped spaces.
Cer İstanbul is an exclusive project located on the Yedikule waterfront in the southwestern part of the Historic Peninsula, blending the traces of the past with a contemporary lifestyle concept. With its views of the Princes’ Islands and its proximity to Yedikule Fortress, it offers a distinguished living experience within a historic atmosphere.
A significant portion of the approximately 41,000-square-meter project area has been dedicated to landscaped spaces, creating a spacious living environment. Inspired by the Cer Workshops, which have been in operation since 1871, the project delivers a privileged lifestyle through its distinctive architectural approach and limited number of residential units.
